House manual

No Smoking inside the Home. Smoking allowed out on the patio and anywhere outside. To Our most valuable Guests. Few things that will make your stay more comfortable, and some instructions. We have some items available on request: Pack N play, high chair, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and blankets. Please let us know if you would like us to provide any of those items prior to your arrival. Your back yard is private. It has a patio set, umbrella and a gas grill. You can also exit your back fence and enjoy the screen room at the back of the property. Great if there are any Mosquitos around. The screened gazebo has a comfortable patio set to enjoy. Enjoy your stay. We are always available for any questions you may have. Thank you for staying at our luxury Home.
