Things to know

House manual

To Our most valuable Guests. Few things that will make your stay more comfortable, and some instructions. We have some items available on request: Pack N play, high chair, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Please let us know if you would like us to provide any of those items prior to your arrival. The beach chairs and blankets are available inside the laundry room. The laundry room is available to use. It is located next to the garage outside. The laundry room is shared with other suites. It is coin operated. AC - point the Remote to the AC unit, so it will communicate with it. It will not communicate with the AC when not pointed directly to it. If it doesn’t communicate, point at the AC and turn it off and back on. Sofa blankets are in the closet , and sheets and pillows are in the ottoman! Enjoy your stay. The bedroom have a queen bed. In the living room, the sofa opens to a bed for sleeping as well. It is ideal for 2 people, but we can accommodate 3. If it’s kids- it can be 2 kids on the sofa.
