House manual

To Our most valuable Guests. Few things that will make your stay more comfortable, and some instructions. We have some items available on request: Pack N play, high chair, doggie bed, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and blanket. Please let us know if you would like us to provide any of those items prior to your arrival. Patio lights- There is a switch outside next to the water hose. You can turn on at night to light up a string of lights all around he patio. laundry room - free to use. located next to the shed outside. The laundry room is shared with 2 more suites. AC - point the Remote to the AC unit, so it will communicate with it. It will not communicate with the AC when not pointed directly to it. If it doesn’t respond, turn it off and back on. *Garbage pickup is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. *Recycling is only on Saturdays. * Our property has an exterminator service on a regular schedule. we treat the home inside and outside. living in south Florida, bugs sometimes find their way inside. please keep doors and windows close. we do not give refunds due to palmetto bugs. we will send the exterminator out if you encounter any issues. This location is very convenient. 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. 30 minutes to miami airport. 20 minutes to the dolphin stadium. 3 minutes to the hard rock hotel and casino. 10-15 minutes to down town Fort Lauderdale and the water ways. Weather is mostly sunny and breezy.

Notes

Please point the AC remote at the AC when changing the temperatures. An extra propane tank in the laundry room ( in case it runs out). There are nice patio lights around the screen room on a switch next to the hose outside.
