*The smart speaker's name is “Hey google “. *Smoking is not allowed inside the home. *Pool service is on Wednesdays. They will enter from the side gate. *Garbage pickup is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. *Recycling is only on Saturdays. * No music or loud noises after 10pm per city code. Strictly enforced.

Guest have the entire house to themselves. The driveway have 4 parking spaces. Big capacity washer and drier in the home.

Neighbourhood

Beautiful waterfront property in a family neighborhood. Close to hard rock casino. No parties allowed. No music, loud conversations, or noises after 10pm.

Notes

We do have a privacy mesh to cover the fence on the water edge. It is for privacy purpose- it is not child proof. We can install upon request. Also, we do not allow parties at our property. A noise ordinance at 10pm is in effect at the town of Davie, and is strictly enforced.
