Our journey as hosts started when a friend suggested to us to try advertising our rental on Airbnb. at the time we had all our properties rented on yearly leases. we decided to try with one property that had a beautiful view of the hard rock guitar, and at night, the light show of the guitar is exceptional!
we will seat at night and enjoy the light shows. After remodeling the home, we started hosting immediately. the demand and reviews were outstanding. we had our mission clear. To treat our guests, as we would like our own family treated when they stay at a vacation rental. That entailed, quick communication, extremely clean and safe. decorated tastefully, comfortable and practical. We found out that hosting is a full-time job, but the reward of hosting guests from all over the country and the world, was very rewarding. we slowly switched most of our properties to be vacation rentals. we remodeled each one and grew our portfolio. All our vacation rentals are named after our kids and family members. We love hosting. our devoted crew grew, and we now have over 20 vacation rentals. We strive to always improve our homes and our service. Thank you to all our guests and all the platforms, which made this possible. We look forward to many more years of hosting.
